How I could improve the app

The sixth blog post will be how on how I can make the learning app a bit more fun for everyone playing it. I came up with the idea of making a customisable avatar for the app, a bit like Pokemon go and what could be implemented into it is the ability to unlock new clothes and gear for your character. On top of this, I could also add achievement system where if you get a certain score on a game it could unlock a high score achievement, potentially give you an extra chilli for your loyalty card and unlock new clothes for your avatar. To add to this I could implement a level system where you could gain experience for doing the tasks. The better you do on a task and the test at the end gives you more experience. With the level system, this could help with unlockable items and allow players to personalise their avatars more. This would be an attempt to keep player engagement going for longer. Also, I found that seasonal unlockables in games such as overwatch keep people more engaged and I find that people like the idea of having exclusive appearances on their avatars.

In the end, I would like this app to be forever changing and interesting for the employees that would be playing it. With seasonal games for products and seasonal challenges for unlockable items with the fact that they can earn free for on their loyalty card by playing and learning at the same time will be a nice way to show the employees of Nando's that the company cares about them and that they want each person to be the best and knowledgeable person they can be within the role that they undertake.
